Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

A type of psychotherapeutic treatment that helps individuals identify, challenge, and change unhelpful thoughts, behaviors, and emotional patterns. It is based on the idea that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected, and that changing negative thought patterns can lead to changes in feelings and behaviors.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

A form of psychotherapy that blends aspects of mindfulness with behavior change strategies. Unlike CBT, which focuses on challenging and changing thoughts, ACT emphasizes accepting thoughts and feelings rather than fighting them, and committing to values-based action.

Chronic pain management therapy

A holistic, multidisciplinary approach to reduce pain, improve function, and enhance quality of life for individuals living with pain lasting longer than three months.

Brief Health-Focused Interventions

An approach with targeted therapeutic or educational strategies designed to promote behavior change, improve health outcomes, or support coping in medical or behavioral health settings.

Depression and Anxiety THERAPY

A form of talk therapy aimed at helping individuals understand, manage, and recover from the symptoms of depressive and anxiety disorders. It uses structured therapeutic approaches to address negative thought patterns, emotional distress, and behavioral avoidance while building coping strategies, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of self.

Chronic illness therapy 

A specialized form of psychotherapy that addresses the emotional, behavioral, cognitive, and social challenges associated with living with a long-term medical condition. Aimed to help individuals adjust psychologically, enhance quality of life, manage stress, and develop effective coping strategies to live more fully despite ongoing health limitations.
